Dr. Jessica is a self-intelligence coach on a mission to strengthen your inner voice. She, too, struggled with her own inner gremlin and how she spoke to herself, not realizing there was a different way. Speak Kindly, You’re Listening is her first book teaching high-achievers how to understand why and what their inner voice is saying so they too can navigate, survive, and thrive as a high-achiever.
